Perini Constellation S8

The Perini Constellation S8 is a revolutionary rewinder developed by Körber Tissue. Thanks to its central and surface rewinding system equipped with 4 rollers and the renowned Punzoncini technology, the Constellation S8 guarantees a rewinding from the first to the last ply with a perfect embossing result at each point of the roll allowing to produce products previously unimaginable at higher speeds. The machine offers simplified production with constant efficiency, regardless of the type of paper. It also features the Easy HMI panel, designed with an intuitive interface that turns the operation simple*.

Casmatic CMW525

Eco-sustainability, ergonomics, flexibility and safety are the main features of the CMW 525 automatic wrapper designed to handle rolls in a diameter of up to 200 mm. The application of drives on some of its components has made all its moving parts automatic, turning it into a machine characterized by reliability and efficiency that can guarantee optimal production performance. Every drive present on the machine runs on energy recovery, thus reducing energy consumption and safeguarding the environment. Also, in the case of this project, with the inclusion of IDS and the optional 5 lanes, this CMW can do multiple packets of 5.

Casmatic S15

Casmatic S15 is an automatic bundler for medium productivity for tissue products. It can overwrap multiple packs in different possible configurations with high flexibility, optimizing the positioning of the product on the pallet. This versatile bundler handles all pack configurations (no single rolls), for both core-down and core-up rolls, guaranteeing top final product quality and, at the same time, optimizinig the use of bundling material. Casmatic S15 has been designed to simplify and facilitate the work of operators during product change over and machine maintenance.
