TIP Bag quality booster is a stand-alone system, easily installed independently by the customer, which allows to significantly increase the quality of the bundles, compacting it perfectly in all its parts.
Improved quality
The bundle will result perfectly compact on all its sides. It will no longer have those anti-aesthetic loose lateral sides and the product will be easier to transport while better protecting the product inside
Greater efficiency
The parts that make up the group are of easy construction and are driven directly by the pull generated by the polythene. The group is without motorization therefore it has very little maintenance
Increased saving
With this device you can save up from 30 to 50 mm of polythene overlap in the above strips‘ area for each type of bundle. This translates into a saving of polythene that allows to reduce the length of the wrapping reels

Main characteristics
With this TIP , in addition to improving the final quality of the bundles, it will be possible to save from 30 to 50 millimeters of overlap in the area of the upper edges of the polythene.
This allows to reduce the length of the polythene packaging reels, resulting in a considerable saving of plastic.
